Malware SOS

I picked up some malware from one of the links from yidio.com. it is preventing me from opening avast scanner and malwarebytes its coming up in the task bar in the bottom right corner as antispyware soft. i have attempted to download the official windows anti-malware software and spyware doctor. all are met with the same response that the .exe file is infected. the malwar pops up with a trojan warning stating the treat is win32/nuqel.E and asking me if i want to block this attack. Please help!
