Malware Called Security Guard causing major problems

I have contracted malware called Security Guard. Have tried multiple removers: Spyware doctro, Malwarebytes, Stopzilla, CA, Spybot S&D. Nothing works. Everything is slowed down. Internet browzer acting eratically: when click on a site in Google, it will not go to that site but take me toa completely unrelated sight. Right now I have a warning "Warning, Windows has been infected". I know this is false and the work of Security Gurad from what I have read. Can you help me?
