Audio Apps for Vista/Win7

Unread postby askey127 » March 12th, 2010, 8:30 am

Does anyone know of an audio program comparable to AudioGrabber that will run on Vista/Win7 ?
I use Audio CD/wav/mp3/normalization functions and need line-in sampling to record live or taped music and voice.
I have Ashampoo and Nero external burners, so that's not a problem.
I see file type converters, but nothing that will record line-in audio to a file.

I would like to move all my audio functions, now provided by AudioGrabber, from XP to Win7, but so far can't figure out how.

Hello askey127,

I don't really use this software but I did manage to find this:
Audiograbber is supported by Windows XP 32-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 9x, Windows 2000.

Have you tested it on Vista yet as that forum may be wrong ;)

Thanks for the tips.
AudioGrabber does not work on Win7 or Vista.
It does look like that recorder will work on Win7.
