I have a bad malware on my pc

Hello,
I have Vista and a virus who opens authomatically 3/4 internet pages even if internet explorer is closed.
And if I do a reseach in google, my research is always redirected to another search engine.
I made a total backup of the system but it didn't anything usefull.
I don't know anything else to do!
