slow laptop in florida

helping a friend complaining that her (vista) laptop is running slow. have run spybot, adaware & spy doctor but except for the removal of a few minor issues hasnt improved much. tried all of recommendations per yr forum notes "slow running pc" but again hasnt help much. noticed that the csrss.exe is 5 meg large w/ no user name or description showing in task mgr. any suggestions appreciated. hi jack log below:
