suspected infection

I am having some issues with programs running consistently and they often freeze. csrss is a process that is running with no user against it and I have seen it listed as a virus on some websites. I am not sure if that is a hoax but it was listed as a keylogger. Below is my log file. Help would be greatly appreciated.
