XP AntiSpyware 2010 <--- virus, help!!!!!!!!!!

It blocks acess to anti virus programs unless I kill the AV.exe Process, or run in safe mode. I ran malware bytes in safe mode, and it removed 4 files, but it didnt work.

PLEASE HELP QUICKLY. i think my computer may also been hacked, because anytime i try to open ANY application, or file it says "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." Is it even possible for someone to hack into a computer and completely take over and make me unable to access ANYTHING? Please help quickly. I know I am not suppose to bump a thread so earlier, but I believe when my computer is being stolen from me, i should be aloud to alert someone who is smart enough to help me out before personal information is taken from me. Please, make an exception. I have all kinds of personal info documents such as credit cards and social security number and all that. Please before someone steals my identity, help me find out if I was hacked!!!!!







EDIT: found out I can open files ifi right click and do it as admin, and found out there is another profile i did not make. I opened anti virus this way and it detected 2 virus's
