I only had one open window at the time that I got this infection. It was a trusted blogging site. Winpatrol found numerous programs added to startup, and I told it to block each one. I tried deleting the individual .dll files, but they came back each time. I did some research and found out that the file names were associated with Virtumonde. The only symptom so far, other than their refusal to die, is that I am getting a lot of popups associated with things I've looked at recently on the web. I never EVER got popups before.
