Internet Security 2010 Trojan - Posted Last Weekend

I would be grateful if someone could briefly look at the Trend Micro Hijack-This log that I posted last weekend. This computer is one that picked up subject trojan on wife's recent business trip. Two other computers on my network of five are showing symptoms. Since last weekend problem on wife's computer has gotten worse, boots to blue screen but used last known best boot to get it started again. Are there any obvious registry entries that can be deleted?
