"Windows explorer has stopped working"

For the past week, I have received the error message "windows explorer has stopped working, windows is searching for a solution to the problem". It does this over and over and seems to be caught in a loop. It happens immediately if I try to go into Control Panel. If I am online browsing, it usually happens within 15 mins of online actvity. When it happens, I can't access anything on my computer. I have tried system restore only to have it re-occur. Below is my logfile, any help would be appreciated.
