Win.32.fraudload Trojan Downloader

[faisonkm]

My computer is being bogged down by a trojan downloader called win32.fraudload as confirmed by Spybot S&D. I have since enabled the actual admin account in vista, run spybot in safe mode and eliminated a couple other adware/malware, but was unable to remove the win32.fraudload (memory still in use error). I got the trojan via p2p program and have since uninstalled the program and deleted all downloaded items. I have posted the hijackthis logs requested below.
