Computer has the vundo virus. Can't run in safe mode

Hi xixo,
Below is the Malwarebytes logs. I can't seem to get Kraspersky Online Scanner to work. After the download, when the online scanner trys to update the scanner before it run, it errors out. So I rebooted the computer and try running it again and same problem. I tried several times with no success running the online scanner. =\ I got another question/favor to ask. I do applogize ahead of time if I break any rules for this. I just submitted a request for help with my desktop yesterday. I was just wondering if you can help me out after this case is done? I'm just worried because when I type www.etrade.com on my IE browser, it keeps on redirecting me to their wireless site but I dont want it to. If i use firefox or my notebook, does not do that and it takes me straight to the desktop version site. Thanks again for everything. Let me know what to do next with this current issue. Next,
ESET Online Scanner
Go here to run an online scannner from ESET.

• Note: You will need to use Internet explorer for this scan
• Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan
• Tick the box next to YES, I accept the Terms of Use.
• Click Start
• When asked, allow the activex control to install
• Click Start
• Make sure that the option Remove found threats is unticked and the Scan Archives option is ticked
• Click on Advanced Settings, ensure the options Scan for potentially unwanted applications, Scan for potentially unsafe applications, and Enable Anti-Stealth Technology are ticked
• Click Scan
• Wait for the scan to finish
• Use notepad to open the logfile located at C:\Program Files\Eset\Eset Online Scanner\log.txt
• Copy and paste that log as a reply to this topic

Thank you for your response. Ok I have a problem. As of right now its Saturday morning here in Los Angeles. And I am leaving this Sunday on a business trip and I will be back Thursday 01/21/2010. Hi xixo,
I ran the ESET yesterday when I got back from my trip. I ran the test on the machine and there were no virus reported. I didn't get the chance to save the log and submit it to you because I had to leave the office. And I am out of town again for just this weekend. I will be able to give you the log this Monday. Your system now in a good shape .
Let's do some cleaning and management.

First,
clear system restore points.
This is a good time to clear your existing system restore points and establish a new clean restore point:

• Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
• Select Create a restore point > Click Next > Put the description as you wish > Click Create.
• Next, go to Start > Run and type in cleanmgr
• choose your root drive (normally C:) and click Ok.
• after it calculates how much space you will save it will open up a new window
• Select the More options tab at the top of the window
• Choose the option to clean up system restore and click yes.
• Go back to the Disk Cleanup tab.
• Put a checkmark in all - except compress old files (leave this unchecked).
• Click Ok then click Yes

This will remove all restore points except the new one you just created and clean unneeded files

Microsoft releases patches for Windows and Office products regularly to patch up Windows and Office products loopholes and fix any bugs found. Install the updates immediately if they are found.
To update Windows

• Go to Start > All Programs > Windows Update

To update Office

• Open up any Office program.
• Go to Help > Check for Updates
