my comps infected..need help ASAP!

i keep getting an error msg reading "C:\windows\system32\lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code 128. Your computer will now shut down in 60 seconds..."

i also have invisible audio commercial pop-ups that keep coming up

i disabled all IE add-ons and they have limited, nearly dissolved completely but i still have a "ROM Too1 Gooochie" program in my add/remove programs list. i cant remove it because it asks for a password but i didn't trust it.
