As suggested i post a link to my original post not addressed.

Since then I did some cleanup based on the log files that showed infected files. Clanup include:
-removing bittorrent and emule,
-the old netscape, netscape mail and old mail folders
-dreamweaver sites

If you need the new logs let me know. I also ran kaspersky and have those logs too.

I still get 180searchassistant coming back in the spybot search.
