Googe Re-direct Virus in Drivers

I am running Windows 7 on a Toshiba Satellite laptop. Google has been re-directing my searches the last couple of days and after doing research, I discovered it was a virus. Sometimes, in the middle of browsing a website (not Google), a suspicious pop-up would appear as a new tab on my browser. HitMan Pro 3.5.4 keeps detecting atapi.sys and jolnirv.sys as rootkits in my Drivers. Even after "removing" them and re-booting the computer, they continue to show up with each new boot. I cannot do a clean re-install of Windows 7 because of my drivers being missing (which is another issue in itself) so I need to remove the bad malware/viruses off my computer instead!
