Hi,
Let's proceed
Please make sure you have plug in all the external drive (such as thumbdrive or external hdd)

First,

Download ERUNT and save to the desktop.
  • Double click on erunt-setup.exe to install the program.
  • Follow the prompts > uncheck Create NTREGOPT desktop icon at the Additional Tasks screen.
  • Click No when you are prompted about creating an ERUNT entry in the startup folder.
  • Next screen, uncheck Show documentation and check Launch ERUNT.
  • If ERUNT doesnt start by itself, launch it from the desktop shortcut.
  • At the configuration screen, make sure all 3 checkboxes are checked
  • Click Ok to run the backup process

Note:
The backups can be restored from here:
C:\windows\ERDNT\<todays date>\ERDNT.exe

Next,
Fix entries.
  • Run the HiJack This.
  • Click on Do a system scan only button.
  • Search the entries as below and tick at the small box.
    O2 - BHO: Viewpoint Toolbar BHO - {A7327C09-B521-4EDB-8509-7D2660C9EC98} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: Viewpoint Toolbar - {F8AD5AA5-D966-4667-9DAF-2561D68B2012} - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Viewpoint\Toolbar Runtime\3.9.0\IEViewBar.dll
  • Close any other program and leave HiJackThis program alone.
  • Click Fix checked.

Next,
OTM by Old Timer.
Please download from HERE and save to the desktop.
  • Double-click on OTM.exe.
  • Copy the lines in the codebox below.
    :processes
    explorer.exe
    :reg
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{A7327C09-B521-4EDB-8509-7D2660C9EC98}]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]
    "{F8AD5AA5-D966-4667-9DAF-2561D68B2012}"=-
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\shared tools\msconfig\startupreg\AVG7_CC]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\shared tools\msconfig\startupreg\BgMonitor_{79662E04-7C6C-4d9f-84C7-88D8A56B10AA}]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\shared tools\msconfig\startupreg\Juno_uoltray]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\shared tools\msconfig\services]
    "Viewpoint Manager Service"=-
    :files
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Viewpoint
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Viewpoint
    C:\Program Files\Viewpoint
    :commands
    [resethosts]
    [emptytemp]
    [start explorer]
    [reboot]
  • Return to OTM, right click in the Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved window (under the yellow bar, Code box into OTMoveIt3 (1).) and choose Paste.
  • Click the red Moveit! button.
  • Copy everything in the Results window (under the green bar), and paste it in your next reply.
  • Close OTM.

Note:
  • If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process.
  • If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.
  • In this case, after the reboot, open Notepad (Start->All Programs->Accessories->Notepad), click File->Open, in the File Name box enter *.log and press the Enter key, navigate to the C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles folder, and open the newest .log file present, and copy/paste the contents of that document back here in your next post.

Next,
Java is out of date.
It can be updated by the Java control panel
  • Click on Start > Control Panel (Classic View) > Java (looks like a coffee cup) > Update Tab > Update Now.
  • An update should begin.
  • Follow the prompts.

Next,
Kaspersky Online AV Scan
Note: Internet Explorer should be used.
Please go to Kaspersky website and perform an online antivirus scan.
  • Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
  • It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
  • When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
  • Make sure these boxes are checked (ticked). If they are not, please tick them and click on the Save button:
    • Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
    • Archives
    • Mail databases
  • Click on My Computer under Scan and then put the kettle on!
  • Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
  • You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
  • Save this report to a convenient place like your Desktop. Change the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
  • Copy and paste the report into your next.

Next,
Checklist.
Please post.
  • Content of OTM log
  • Content of Kaspersky scan log

Hi gabol :),

Here´s my first question: I have two thumb drives and two external hdd. Do you want me to plug them all in? because I don´t have enough usb ports.

Just plug in based on the quantity of usb ports that you have ;)
Please choose the hdd/thumbdrive that always utilize in the past few days.

For the hdd/thumbdrive that not undergo this process, don't plug in until the system is clean.

Hi,
Let's proceed

First,
Dial-A-Fix by DjLizard.
  • Please download Dial-A-Fix from one of the following mirrors:
  • Extract the zip file to your desktop.
  • Double click Dial-a-Fix.exe to start the program.
  • Press the green double checkmark box (Looks like this: Image)
  • UNcheck Empty Temp Folders, as well as Adjust Time/Date in the prep section. The prep section should then look like this:
    Image
  • When the window looks like this, press the GO button in the bottom of the window.
    Image
  • Exit/Close Dial-A-Fix

Next,
Checklist.
Please post.
  • Please let me know about the status to update the windows
