Antivirus Live took over my computer

So I have the Antirvirus Live screwing up my computer...it will not allow me to go online, it will not allow me to open anything, it says that everything is "infected" and wants me to purchase their "security". I have already done everything to a T that is at this website: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-r ... virus-live .... I went into safe mode, ran the rkill thing, and when I ran Malwarebytes it said it found 1 thing infected, i clicked remove, it said removed successfully, but when i rebooted everything was still there. So I'm not sure what to do, please help. Here are my hijack this and uninstall list:
