I'm not terribly certain as to the possibilities of improvement that I can hope for with this computer, but a coworker has complained that her computer is "unreasonably slow". I told get rid of Windows Vista, but that's not an option right now. She doesn't have a whole lot on this computer - and the majority seems to be Nikon photo software - but it looks to me like she has way more processes and services running than she should. So I read the posting requirements and below are my logs. Again, the only problem that she's complained about is it being sluggish, in the sense that when she tries to open a program, it sits there for a while not doing anything before finally opening, or when she clicks a program on the taskbar it takes a while for the screen to switch over to that program.
