Antimalware virus

hello, I am sorry to be a bother but I have this terribel antimalware virus on my comp. I have tried everything, spyware doctor, mcAfee etc. When I try to download malwarebytes it freezes during the last part of installation and now I can't get it off my computer as well. any help would be greatly apprecitaed.
