seems to be nominal

I never noticed any redirects: I just noticed AdAware was picking up the same virus (classified as a "redirect") after restarts.

What did you find/remove?

Do I need to be worried about the item Kaspersky spotted?

Again, thanks for the efforts, especially on this Noel's Eve.

Cheers, mate.

What did you find/remove?

I removed a few bad entries from your registry and these:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [USB Print] Servces.exe

Do I need to be worried about the item Kaspersky spotted?

Probably not. C:\Documents and Settings\Donald\Desktop\regtools.vbs Infected: not-a-virus:RiskTool.VBS.DisReg.a 1
Notice how it says "not-a-virus". It just simply picked it up because it has potential to do damage but if it's not a bad file, it won't unless used wrong. I'm assuming you downloaded that file? If you don't know what it is you can just delete it from your desktop.

Again, thanks for the efforts, especially on this Noel's Eve.

You are most welcome and happy holidays. :)

Regards,
Adam
