Dreaded Ron Too1 Gooochi

Like the rest of America, I discovered this Ron Too1 Goooochi program in my Uninstall list. I've already deleted Limewire to prevent this from happening again in the future (Stupid of me...), but wanted to know how to safely remove the file.
