I don't have any Windows CDs because at the time Dell didn't include them with laptops, saying System Restore was efficient enough.
So I cannot get a good copy of atapi.sys off a CD. System Restore also doesn't help because it still saves all files that have been added since the chosen restore point.I read the sticky so here goes:
