Classic Hijack problem

Problem: Classic browser session hijacking. Doesn't matter on the browser or the search engine, when I search for something it brings up a list of normal links. However, if I click on one it will be redirected somewhere else. Sometimes it brings up what I wanted, but maybe only 3% of the time and only if its the first thing I choose. Typing URLs into the address bar works fine and so do favorites saved in the browser.
