browser redirect problem.. can't fix it

Foxfire and IE have been redirecting me to different sites when I am searching in google. I have run several different antivirus and spyware and registry cleaners. It is not happening as often but it is still occurring alot. I need help!! Please.. this is our work computer and I need to whip it back in shape for my employees to use who got us this problem.. Thanks!
