please help about the persistent vundo.ir virus

it seems that i've got no infection as what anti malware and antivirus says. but the avg keeps on popping "xsdbfg.fileave.com/winstallco.exe infected by vundo.ir virus". doest it mean that there's some hidden script that trigger my web browser to access this (fileave.com) infected web site?
