Thank you for your help with my issues from my computer... here are the steps what I have done so far. Please advise me to solve these problems.

1) Started up with extremely slow on boot up after load up screen it took 10 mins to the log on screen.

2) Firefox keep saying "alert- Firefox can't find the sever at www.google.com"

3) I tried to find out what is wrong with it, and tried to scan it with Spybot search and destroy, it can't start up, but on the Task manager screen it was running on the background. Also the same when i tried to run Malwarebyte anti-malware.

4) I think I am not able to go to any website from the Firefox now. I am using another computer to send out the hijackthis log now.

5)when I go to "Computer" it froze up the screen again.

Please see my hijackthis log below:

Re: Extremely slow and spybot/malwarebyte/ccleaner frozen

Hi eitak,

I see you are using an x64 (64 bit) version of Windows.

Unfortunately up until very recently we did not have tools that gave reliable information for x64 systems. Because of that we were unable to properly diagnose and analyse infections on x64 systems.

We do now have a very limited number of tools, and are currently developing strategies for working on x64 machines, but these are not yet in place, and until we have a number of helpers fully cognisant of the peculiarities of the x64 operating system, the risks of causing damage to an x64 machine by inappropriate action are still deemed to be unacceptable.

Because of this, we do not at this time offer support for 64 bit operating systems.

Sorry we can't be of help to you.
