Hi lgilieri,
  • Is there a reason why you have not updated your Windows to Service Pack 3?
  • Do you have a broadband Internet connection?
-----------------------------------------------
Run the RSIT Scanner
Please download the scanner from here and save it to your desktop. The icon will be named RSIT.exe
Doubleclick the RSIT icon.
When the scan is complete, two text files will open
log.txt <- this one will be maximized
info.txt <- this one will be minimized
( Both files will be saved here -> C:\rsit\ )
Copy/Paste the contents of both log.txt and info.txt into your next post please.
Use two posts if you prefer.

Due to a lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
