Webcam hijacked and URL redirection

I work in IT for a v large bank and I officially accused them of IP theft (amongst other things) - ever since then my personal laptop that I only use at home -- its webcam has been hijacked a few times and I haven't been able to turn it off (after parent control failed, I taped over it), and I often have URL redirects and then IE always crashes (sorry we are closing). It isn't like my newish computer is slow - it is more like the operation is no longer fluid and/or commands are being interrupted by something. Can someone look at my log below to see whether there's any funny business going on? Also sometimes when I send a email to my personal acct from my work acct (i.e. reminders) any URL's look ok but if I right click they are redirected to different (bank) sites where they try to get me to let them scan my computer. Can a website scan your computer even if you didn't perform any action except closing the page? Thank you so much for your help :-)
