PC is being hacked i think or compromise by security

My PC has had many problems. I constantly have to reformat the drive and reinstall windows. tried vista business ultimate, xp pro and now have xp home. i have a dell inspirion. here is the hijackthis log please help. i installed a norton firewall and block a few remote ports and stuff but it was system restored back to original and before i installed sys mechanic to fix sec vulnerabilities. someone is messing with my machine. also i disable terminal servers but it keeps on turning itself on. please help... thanks.

Please help. My PC and all my tax and money information is on it. i hate to reinstall. please help. is there a hacker in my machine or is it just random programs not working.
