Yahoo worm

I received this worm from a friend on Yahoo Messenger. She had a tech wipe her whole system and start over.

I stupidly clicked the link. Nothing has detected it much less removed this. Here's what shows when you open a recent conversations archive:

If the link is clicked, it grabs all of the Yahoo contacts and starts sending emails to everyone using Outlook. According to the IM contact listed in this thread, it also attempts to infect everyone who receives it, whether or not the link has been clicked. I very much appreciate any help you can provide. I've tried many things and gotten nowhere.

Make an uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

• Start HijackThis
• Click on the Config button
• Click on the Misc Tools button
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
• Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Save the file to your desktop.
