Need Major help. Malware/Trojan possible

For a couple of days now, I continuely get pop-up notice from my WinPatrol about programs known as filawuzo.dll and rundll32.exe and various others wanting to start up and I say no. Then 5 minutes later, it will come up again. It also won't let me access any searches on goggle with firefox but I can with safari. And I can't access email on safari but I can on firefox. Please help. Here is my hijack log.

As of today, my WinPatrol has picked up to more programs that want to start up and I still say no to it but they will pop up again about 10 minutes later. These programs are defohesi.dll,a and konoyiru.dll,s
