PC had a pop up called system tool. It would star scanning my computer as soon as I turned it on and try to get me to dowload program to remove infected files. Also I could access file through start menu but no icons on screen. I ran PC spyware doctor and Norton. They found no infected files. I found the malicious prograg located in my program files and deleted it. PC is now working but still seems slow and I want to make sure it is gone. Also for months now my PC is constantly tring to run a HP update. Update runs but never does anything and slowa down my PC, I can not find where to diable it. Thanks so much for any help
