Task Manager+regedit disabled by the administrator

Hello, I recently got infected with some sort of malware. I discovered this when my task manager wasn't there yesterday. I searched the web for solutions, all I really found that looked close was a locked thread on here for inactivity. I would simply reformat but I am in the military serving in Afghanistan and our internet is very slow, so that would make updating my computer very difficult. I have tried to reinstall vista yesterday but the problem remains. I have 1 hard drive split into 2 partitions and a seperate data drive. Hardware is an Asus g50vt-x1 laptop with 64 bit vista premium. Here is my Hijackthis log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see from your HJT log that you're using a 64 bit operating system.

Unfortunately, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.

Due to the above stated reasons, we do not at this time offer support for 64 bit operating systems. We are sorry that we are currently unable to assist you.
