Woke up to a hijacked computer!!

Woke up this morning and had the following problems:
- Couldn't send or receive in Outlook
- Couldn't run any previously installed antivirus/antispy software in regular or safe mode (AVG, HijackThis, SpyEraser, RegistryBooster)
- Couldn't download any antivirus/antispy software in regular or safe mode (IE either crashed, or instal files wouldn't run)

Basically nothing worked. I did a system restore to a point from a few days' ago. I am now able to run antivirus wares but I'm concerned the problem is still there somewhere! Any help is appreciated Here's my logfile:
