Browser Hijacker opening random sites

I have some kind of browser hijacker. Whenever I do a search, if I click on one of the results after the search is complete it will redirect me to a different site than the one I clicked on. The site is completely random too. They are search engine sites and shopping sites, etc. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Here is my Logfile of Trend Micro Hijackthis:
