IE 8 is very sluggish

I am using a Dell computer with Pentium 4, Windows XP Service Pack 3, 180 Ghz, 1 MB Ram. The only thing I have installed (which didn't make any diference) was Shopzilla Spyware/Adware detection program. If found nothing. I have run CCleaner, RegCure, Disk Cleanup, and Defragged - all of these several times. I am including my HiJackThis log that I just created. I have no idea how to read it and tell what is good or bad. I would appreciate your help. Thank You!

I think I will consider this problem alleviated for now. Doing all the steps that you posted in your tutorial and in the follow up pages to that, have helped tremendously. I can't take up your time looking at my reports when I'm running so much faster. If there is something evident in the reports, it certainly isn't causing me frustration like I had before. Thanks for being here. If I have more problems, I'll post again.
