HijackThis - Infested with Windows Police PRO

My computer has been infested with Windows Police PRO. Even though I have tried removing the malware through various cleaning tools (e.g. Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, Spyware Doctor), my computer is still slow. Please analyze my HijackThis log and tell me what I can do.
