Ran MBAM and it removed some infected registry keys. Reran Norton AV and MBAM again in safe mode and no further trojans were found. However, shortly after this trojan was found, our facebook account was compromised, now deleted by us and our cox.net email account seemed to have been compromised as well, now also deleted.
I have HJT and MBAM logs after Norton quarantined the above mentioned files, but I'm wondering what was hacked and were any online banking accounts compromised. We've changed the passwords on these accounts, but using the previously infected PC. What else should be run to verify that there's no other trojan lurking like a keylogger that will compromise any other accounts we log into.

I had deliberately disabled the MS AV notify, Firewall notify and autoupdate notify.
Please let me know what else I should run.
