I've tried lots of things to fix this. Spybot, Autorun-eater simply do not function at all. Antimalware finds Malware/trojans but doesn't remove them.
Many online websites that scan your system will not load.
As the title says, task manager is greyed out and regedit gives a system error.
If I run->gpedit.msc and disable the "disable registry editing" option it still wont let me regedit.
If I start in safe mode I get a blue screen error.

Hijackthis will not fix :
O7 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1
O23 - Service: ASP.NET State Service (aspnet_state) - Unknown owner - C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_state.exe (file missing)
