AVG anti-virus shutdown and cannot restart. Ctrl-Alt-Del wont open task manager. Cant open command prompt. Same symptoms in safe mode. Windows protection service installed without permission. Browser search was hijacked. Trend-Micro house call wont run-- says java not installed or disabled, but it's installed. Stinger reported no virus and Symantic online scanner reported no virus. but I know I have a virus.
