Problem getting ridd of HEUR/HTML.malware

Unread postby Structure » August 8th, 2009, 10:35 pm

Hi There,
yesterday Avira detected HEUR/HTML.Malware on my computer.
I´ve been looking online for a solution and did following:
Downloaded Superantispyware and did a scan in the safe modus.
After I ran a scan with malwarebytes.
And in the end Hijackthis.
I scaned again with Avira but it still appears, so I don´t really know what to do.
Bellow I got the report

I hope that´s all you need.

Thanks already now for your Help

That looks like false positive to me.

Please click this link-->Jotti

Copy/paste file on the list into the white Upload a file box and click Submit/Send (depends on which one you are using Jotti or VirusTotal).

C:\Windows\System32\config\TxR\{250834b7-750c-494d-bdc3-da86b6e2101a}.TxR.0.regtrans-ms

Please post back the results of the scan in your next post.

Re: Problem getting ridd of HEUR/HTML.malware

Unread postby Structure » August 12th, 2009, 2:58 pm

Hi there,
Sorry but I can´t copy/paste the into the upload window.
It always opens me a browser.
And if I paste the name in the search list and wanna press open, a warning from avira came up that this file contains the heur/html.malware...
So i put it in Quarantine and tried again and now i´m getting the answer that i can´t open the file and i should contact the administrator or owner of the file.

Sorry, but what to do now???

Due to lack of response this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
