Possible winmgr.exe and help with removal from USB drive

I plugged in my USB flash drive and Comodo firewall identified winmgr.exe as malware. I blocked it, but I'm worried my computer may be infected with other malware that may have been on the drive and was not detected. Also, is there a way to remove winmgr.exe from the USB?
