Malware Romoval Rocks!!!

Please help me speed up this turtle. Would like only the basic programs to start automatically. I would rather have to manually start things like efax, one note etc. Please help me edit the config.sys so only necessary thing use my memory unless I load them mannually.

Also, would like help cleaning up old junk that is there.
