Thank you for letting me know. It was actually the OTL log that you posted.

Please be reminded that I need to know about the status of your computer as we have some policy here regarding business or corporate computers.

I also need to know about the folders to rule out malware. Please include all these information along with the ESET online scan result this coming Saturday. See you then.

It has been 3 days since my last post. Do you still need help? Any problems following my instructions? Need more time?
