Thank you for letting me know. It was actually the OTL log that you posted.

Please be reminded that I need to know about the status of your computer as we have some policy here regarding business or corporate computers.

I also need to know about the folders to rule out malware. Please include all these information along with the ESET online scan result this coming Saturday. See you then.
