Please analyse my Hijack This log.

Hi,

You guys helped me out back in April and now I have another sick computer on my hands. Don't think this is a malware problem, more likely too many processes running on startup, but not expert enough to be sure. One thing that does make me wonder is this 'Sonic Activation Module' install demand that comes up every time I start up the computer and it is impossible to get rid of. I have searched the C drive for anything 'Sonic' but can find nothing.
Could someone please have a look at the log below and clarify things for me?

Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine is clear.
Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
So lets do this to the end!

• Save and quit any work your doing before beginning the fix.
• All hijackthis logs I ask for should be done in normal mode ( not safe mode)
• These logs should be done last after you have followed my instructions in the previous post.
• DO NOT be installing new programs while you run Hijackthis.
• Be sure to use the subscribe button to recieve notification by Email that you have been replied to.
  
  If I do not hear from you in 3 days from my last post this topic will be closed. You will need to start another.

I will only have access to this computer once more, on Sunday evening, as I am flying back to my part of the world. I think though, the major problems are dealt with (I also ran CCleaner) and that the computer is now slow mainly cause of its age - though perhaps you think differently.

Here are a few optional fixes that may help with that lack of speed issue.

GoogleUpdaterService.exe (Google Updater) process can be removed to free up resources without compromising system performance. Used to update Google programs such as Google Toolbar. This is a valid program but it is not required to start automatically as you can start it manually if you need it. It is advised that you disable this program so that it does not take up necessary resources. To change the service to Manual or Disable.

1. Right-click on My Computer and choose Manage.
2. Expand the Services and Applications section and click on Services.
3. On the right-side of the screen, find the entry for Google Updater Service and double-click on it.
4. Change the Startup Type: to Manual or Disable.
5. Hit the OK button and close the Computer Management screen.

Many users have reported this process slows their boot time. It may be worthwhile to fix it with HijackThis. Item(s) to fix in HijackThis:

You have jusched.exe running at Startup. It checks with Sun's Java updates site to see if newer Java versions are available.
This program is not required to start automatically. You can do this manually by visiting http://java.sun.com or just run the Java Plug-In Control Panel.
It is advised that you disable this program so that it does not take up necessary resources. It may be worthwhile to fix it with HijackThis.

Please create a 'clean' System Restore Point:
The reason for doing this is in case you need system restore you don't put back all we just took out.
Right click My Computer
Normally click Properties >> system restore
Place a check mark by turn off system restore
Click APPLY
Windows will give you a warning click yes
REBOOT

Now go right back to the same place and un-checksystem restore
Click APPLYand OK
