Firefox redirects to "Shopica, toseekA, etc"

Hi,

When clicking on search results from Google, I am redirected to other websites such as Shopica, toseekA and others. I have McAfee (and have done a complete scan), tried SmitFraudFix, SpyBot Search & Destroy, and I'm running ESET right now. None of these things have worked. I've also read 3 other posts about similar problems which were eventually resolved with the help of experts, but my situation seems to be different.
I have no idea how to approach fixing this thing, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We need to temporarily remove Spybot until we are done. You can re-install it later.
Remove Programs Using Control Panel
From Start, Settings, Control Panel or Start, Control Panel, click Add/Remove Programs.
Highlight this Entry, and choose Remove :
Spybot S&D
Take extra care in answering questions posed by any Uninstaller. Some questions may be worded to deceive you into Keeping the program.

REBOOT Your Machine

Run the RSIT Scanner
Please download the Scanner and save it to your desktop. The icon will be named RSIT.exe
Doubleclick the RSIT icon.
When the scan is complete, two text files will open
log.txt <- this one will be maximized
info.txt <- this one will be minimized
( Default location for both files is C:\rsit\ )
Copy/Paste the contents of both log.txt and info.txt into your next post please. Use two posts if you prefer.
