plz help: I think my problem is DSS agent or coolwebsearch

[R_needs_help]

If someone would please help me, I'd be grateful. I can only use my PC in Safe Mode; otherwise it's frozen when I log in like normal. I've downloaded a lot of different spyware programs, but they can't update or connect to the Internet. I think the problem started when I tried to download a video codec last Friday, July 10.
