msa.exe problem (possibly more)

Hello,

Not sure exactly the problem...(s)?? but after some research, I found on my Task Manager that I have msa.exe, which I'm gathering is bad.

When my computer is opened to the desktop, Internet Explorer opens up several pages all by itself, to random websites. Also, I will randomly hear advertisements, however, there will be no window or page I can visually see them to be running from. I can only hear them. Also, my computer keeps making the clicking sound, like when you click on a link, but I am not hitting anything.
