Recently all mail to an address in the U.S has been returned thus ttp://security.rr.com/cgi-bin/block-loo ... 00.250.209. I have run in safe mode Symantec A/V, Microsoft Antispyware,Trojan Remover Pro, Adaware, Spybot all up-dated with latest definitions, nothing signicant revealed.
If I request the block to be removed it is done but the next mail is blocked.
I am now standing before a brick wall.
I have a HiJackThis log, where can I post it for examination please?

The instructions are near the bottom of that post.!

Sorry, what instructions, and what post?
Very specific details would be most helpful
I am quite old and very new to this caper.
Sorry to seem exceedingly obtuse.

I provided a link to the standard instructions for new posters (available from the top of the forum).

This is the relevent section

==========

3. Make your HijackThis log.
Use this link to get hijackthis.
Save it to your desktop and then doubleclick to run it.
It will install the program in c:\program files\hijackthis.
Browse to that location with windows explorer, and double click on the hijackthis.exe program to run. Chose the 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
That will alow you to save the log to the desktop (or some other place) and leave open a notepad file with the hijackthis log in it.

4. Post a Hijackthis Log in the right place.
Now post your hijackthis log as a new topic - NOT as a reply to someone elses topic. Use this link if unsure.[/quote]

You can post that HJT log as a reply to this topic, as it is yours.
