I got a pop up aying a virus was trying to hack into my personal profile i got
system security to do a scan for me once it scanned i clicked remove once doing this
my computer froze , we have 2 accounts on my computer im logged into my daughters account now but if i log into mine , the system security wont let me go to anythink not my tools not anythink not even able to get to my admin part to do anythink no web connectioni have tried to reboot and no matter what i do it is still there,im just unable to get to anythink with this virus each time i click on any of my tools or windows update it blocks me from doing so i tried to run a programme but it even stops me from doing this. Can you help please .
Im able to get connected through my daughters account but even then im unable to use admin because im not the admin on her part and no matter what we try im unable to go to that part also :evil:

We understand that you are having difficulty running certain programs. However, in order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a HijackThis log, and it is possible you may be able to trick the malware into letting you do this. First, download HijackThis to a clean computer, then rename it from HijackThis.exe to any other name you want, using an .exe extension, for example... YourLastName.exe. Once you have done that, burn it to a CD (preferable to using a flash drive that may easily become infected) then transfer the renamed file to the infected computer and run a scan, then start a new topic and include your HijackThis log.

Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log. If you are unable to create and post a HijackThis log, then your only option may be to reformat your computer and reinstall the operating system.
